FAQ
Questions about pricing
Your onboarding call is booked for the time you picked and the calendar invite arrives by email with a Google Meet link. Your brokerage account is set up with the prepaid reports already in its wallet, and you get an invite to sign in with your PropTx login.
Only when a report is completed. Sending a request to an applicant does not use a credit, and an applicant who never finishes costs nothing.
Yes. The credits sit in one wallet for the brokerage, and any agent you invite screens from it. Your dashboard shows how many reports each agent has run.
Top up in the app at any time, or buy another package for the lower per-report price. Pay as you go is $14.95 per report plus HST.
Checkout takes card, and a paid invoice with HST is emailed to you. For Enterprise volumes we can invoice your brokerage directly.
