Free automated rent collection. Rent will be collected through the app each month and deposited to your account, with no cheque or e-transfer to ask for.

Missed rent stays on record
The app will track missed payments and overdue rent. Reporting unpaid rent to the credit bureau is your decision, made from the same screen.
03New in 2.0
On-time rent builds credit
Tenants who pay on time will be able to turn on Credit Builder after verifying their identity. Each on-time payment is then reported to the credit bureau.
